How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is made to order and we are a one man (or should I say one woman) team. We aim to ship all orders within 5 - 7 working days, this may vary depending on the volume we are facing. For Singapore orders, it will take another 1 - 2 working days and for international orders another 1 - 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Changes in processing times will be updated on the announcement bar for your reference.

What if my order is faulty?

All items are packed securely in a solid box and should arrive safely to you. If however, you received a damaged box with a faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 working days and we will do our best to resolve this.

What is your return policy?

All our orders are made to order and therefore unable to accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We highly recommend that you measure your pet and check against our sizing guide to avoid disappointment but please feel free to contact us if you are still unsure. Unless your item has a defect or if you received a wrong order, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

How do I measure my pet to decide the sizing of the bandanas?

Use a measuring tape and wrap it loosely around your pets neck where you want it to sit. Preferably at a lower region of their neck. We do not recommend measuring how you would usually do with a collar so that the bandana can fit comfortably on your pet. You can refer to our sizing guide here.
